Sustainability Statement

Junior Haven show a continuing passion for reducing our carbon footprint and are taking conscious steps to replace, protect and conserve our natural resources. 

Below is a live list of our current sustainable footsteps we are taking, and we carry sustainability as part of our company culture, and have set internal global footprint goals within our small business : 

• Fabrics selections are sustainable, and environmentally friendly.  
• Staff attempt to recycle all food scraps and drink from keep cups. 
• All paper is recycled from our office, with our attempt to be paper free and cloud based where possible. 
• All cardboard packaging is currently separated and recycled from our warehouse.
• All textiles will be donated to a specified charity, and no stock put to waste.
• Our suggested Waterproofing / stain guarding - completely natural and vegan.
• Compostable packaging in postage.
• All plastic is eliminated from our packaging with our supplier, by means of replacing plastic with a re-usable drawstring bag. This drawstring bag, encourages our customers to put to personal use ie. groceries, beach, library, school, swimming bag.

Our objective is to maximise the efficiency of our range by supplying high quality furniture therefore extending its life cycle. This in turn will minimise the environmental impact of the product at disposal.

When a customer no longer has use for their products, Junior Haven suggests donating to a charitable organisation.
