Returns & Refund Policy

What is our returns policy?

We are extremely confident that you will love any product from Junior Haven. However, we understand sometimes the incorrect item may be purchased and, in this case we do offer a 14-day returns policy, where you are eligible for an exchange only.

Please note any shipping costs paid by you, as the customer on your original order, will not be refunded should you require an exchange, unless the product is faulty when you received it.  

You are responsible for the return shipping cost of the returned and/or exchanged item (unless faulty). We recommend sending the return with tracking to avoid any issues. Unfortunately if the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to process your return. 

The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned in its original packaging along with the drawstring storage bag.

If your return item arrives without its original packaging along with the drawstring storage bag, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

 

How do I return an item?

If you need to return your item/s please email our team at  hello@juniorhaven.com.au with your order number, name and phone number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your item.

We may ask a few questions regarding your return in order for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.


What if my item is damaged or faulty? 

We pride ourselves in quality control here at Junior Haven, however some faults/damages may come un noticed at time of dispatch. In this event we ask you to email us at hello@juniorhaven.com.au within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please email your name and order number along with any supporting photos of the damaged goods. Please also specify whether you would like an exchange or a refund (to the value of the purchase cost). 

Our customer service will respond to you within 4 business days to discuss the exchange/refund.

**Please note the goods must be UNUSED, UNWASHED and in original packaging (including the drawstring bag) with all labels and tags attached.


Change of mind

Unfortunately we are unable to refund change of mind orders. This also includes all pre ordered items. 


Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately all sale or discounted items are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless damaged or faulty.
